Flight404 Radiohead video submission

The very talented Robert Hodgin, also known as Flight404, as part of the music video contest that Radiohead is having, produced this stunning piece of work. Be sure to check out he’s workings behind the project and as well as the actual video. It is simply stunning. Some may think it had been produced with the use of 3D software but in actual fact was produced with simple text code, unbelievable. You can view the 200MB Quicktime video here.
By no means let the fact that its 200MB scare you off, once yo watch it at that size and quality you’ll understand why you waited for the video to load!

Apple Gamma

Apple Gamma by Logan and Mark Romanek is a brilliant colourful update of the revolutionary early versions of the iTunes adverts. It is more upbeat, vivid in colour and just looks stunning altogether.
Below you can find one of the first iTunes adverts released. I think its fair to say that they have come on a long way since then but still maintain the feel of there original campaign. Well done Apple again and especially Logan.

Trapcode Flux

Trapcode produce some amazing After Effects plug-ins and should be part of ever professional sequence designers tool box. Trapcode have announced that they will be releasing a new plug-in in called Flux in the near future. I am really looking forward to seeing the possibilities of this plug-in in, and if it is anything to go by Trapcode’s previous plug-in’s, it is sure to be a keeper.
